Using copper nitrate and 1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylic acid as raw materials and N,N-dimethylformamide or absolute ethyl alcohol as the solvent, different preparation methods of the porous metal-organic framework material HKUST-1 were investigated. According to the performance and production rate of these reaction products, the solvothermal method with DMF as solvent was selected. Then mother liquid recycling of HKUST-1 was studied. The results showed that the methane adsorption capacity of the product from three DMF mother liquid recycling methods at 298K and 35bar was 120 mL/g, and it decreased by 33% compared with common HKUST-1.%以三水硝酸铜和均苯三甲酸为反应物,N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)和无水乙醇为溶剂,考察HKUST-1的不同制备方法.根据反应产物的性能和产率,优选DMF溶剂热合成法为HKUST-1的制备方法.对优选方法的反应母液进行重复利用实验研究,结果表明,DMF母液三种重复回收利用方法所得反应产物在298 K和35 bar条件下的甲烷吸附量均为120 mL/g,比标准HKUST-1的性能下降33%,母液重复利用技术方案仍有待进一步改进提升.
