The on-line mass spectrometer plays a critical role in monitoring the product quality,liquid ammonia synthesis rate and plant operation of the ammonia synthesis system. Combined with the first time application conditions of promaxion quadrupole mass spectrometer in the domestic coal chemical industry, the design of the mass spectrometer analysis system for the ammonia plant was analyzed,including the working principle of quadrupole mass spectrometer, sampling pretreatment system selection, sample gas circuit response time calculation and field calibration method. Application of the mass spectrometer analysis system in synthesis ammonia plant was discussed.%在线质谱仪在监控合成氨系统的产品质量、液氨合成率、装置的安全运行启着至关重要的作用,结合promaxion四级杆质谱仪在国内煤化工行业的首次应用.通过对合成氨装置质谱仪分析系统的设计:包括四级杆质谱仪工作原理、取样预处理系统选择、样气回路响应时间计算、现场校验方法的设置,论述质谱仪分析系统在合成氨装置中的应用.
