裂解气压缩机结垢原因分析

         

摘要

裂解气压缩机是乙烯装置的核心设备,起着承上启下的作用.介绍了国内某乙烯厂裂解气压缩机段间冷却器和缸体结垢的原因和影响因素,并通过红外色谱分析和500℃通空气焙烧的方法对垢样进行分析,根据分析结果制定针对性的解决方案.该乙烯装置原设计中采用注油、注水的措施来防止聚合物的生成,未对压缩机增设加注阻垢剂系统.通过对同行业的调研了解到加注阻垢剂效果良好,该厂通过讨论后确定了对裂解气压缩机增设阻垢剂系统的方案,方案实施后可减少聚合反应的发生,延长压缩机运行周期,保证压缩机平稳运行.%Pyrolysis gas compressor is the key equipment of ethylene unit. In this paper, reasons and affecting factors of interstage cooler and cylinder scaling of pyrolysis gas compressor were introduced, and the scale sample was analyzed by chromatographic analysis and air calcination at 500℃, then the solution was put forward based on the analysis result. The original design of the plant uses the methods of oiling and water injection to prevent from generating polymer, without the design of adding scale inhibitor into compressor. The well result of adding scale inhibitor is known through the investigation. The method of adding scale inhibitor will reduce the possibility of polyreaction, prolong the compressor's running cycle, make sure compressor running stably.
