以粉煤灰为原材料,微波法合成P型分子筛,考察了硅铝摩尔比、pH值、晶化时间等不同条件的影响,得到最佳工艺:n( SiO2)(Al2O3)=4.1, pH值12,晶化时间10min。P型分子筛的钙交换能力为442.46mg CaCO3/g。红外光谱表明产品符合分子筛的骨架振动谱带特征,扫描电镜表明产品晶型较好而且粒度均匀,X射线衍射表明特征峰基本与标准特征峰相似。%ZeoliteP was synthesizedfromsolid waste flyashbymicrowave method.
