电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定低合金钢中Si、Mn、V、P

         

摘要

在100 mL溶样瓶中采用王水分解低合金钢样品,选择干扰少、灵敏度高的光谱谱线Si251.61 nm、Mn293.93 nm、V310.23 nm 、P214.914 nm。通过对待测元素ICP-AES测定条件的优化、基体干扰的消除,提高了低合金钢中Si、Mn、V、P测定的准确度,极大提高了分析速度。方法操作简便、灵敏度高、分辨率好、检出限低、测定范围宽,各元素测定结果误差符合国家允许偏差。方法不仅适用于产品、原料的检验,同时适用于炉前快速分析。%The sample of low alloy steel was decomposed by using aqua regia in a sample bottle of 100ml, spectral lines with less interference and high sensitivity were chosen, Si 251.6 nm, Mn 293.9 nm, V 310.2 nm, P 214.9 nm. By optimizing measurement conditions and eliminating matrix interference of ICP-AES for measured elements, the accuracy of the determination of Si, Mn, V, P in low alloy steels were improved, and the speed of analysis was greatly increased. The method is simple and sensitive, has good resolution, low detection limit and wide measurement range, the determination errors of the elements are in line with the demand. The method is not only applicable to the test of product and raw materials, but also suitable for quick analysis in front of furnace.
