分析了“十二五”时期辽宁省精细化工产业发展现状及存在的主要问题，结合未来几年行业发展面临的机遇和挑战，提出了全省精细化工产业发展重点，并对全省精细化工产业“十三五”规划提出了若干建议。%Current situation and main problems of development of the fine chemical industry in Liaoning province“twelfth five-year plan” period were analyzed. Combined with opportunities and challenges of the industry in the coming years, development priorities of the fine chemical industry in Liaoning were proposed, and some suggestions on the fine chemicals industry “thirteen five-year plan”in Liaoning were put forward.
