The research progress of inhibition mechanism and synthesis route of benzotriazole aliphatic amine derivative was reviewed. The relation between the adsorption effect on copper and corrosion inhibition performance and its application were summarized. The problems in the research of benzotriazole aliphatic amine derivative were presented, and its development trend was forecasted.
