Major and trace elements in forest frog oil were determined by microwave digestion and inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES). Microwave digestion and ICP-AES conditions were optimized. The detection limit of this method was 0.050~2.100 µg/g, the relative standard deviation was 0.05%~4.85%, and the standard addition recovery rate was 93.9%~104.1%. The accuracy and precision of the method were verified through the analysis of national standard reference material GBW10050 (prawns) and GBW10018 (chicken). The results show that, the measured values agree with the standards, the method has the advantages of simple operation, low detection limit, wide linear range, high precision, and good accuracy, which can satisfy the requirements of detection of major and trace elements.%用微波消解-电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定了林蛙油中的常量元素和微量元素,优化了微波消解和ICP-AES处理条件,本法的检测下限为0.050~2.10µg·g-1,相对标准偏差在0.05%~4.85%之间,加标回收率在93.9%~104.1%之间,通过分析国家标准物质GBW10050(大虾)和GBW10018(鸡肉)来验证方法的准确度和精密度,测定值和标准值吻合,表明此方法具有操作简便,检出限低,线性范围宽,精密度高,准确度好等优点,能同时满足常量元素和微量元素的检测要求。
