废胶粉改性沥青高温性能和储存稳定性的研究

         

摘要

The influence of mixing amount and process conditions of crumb rubber and origin of matrix asphalt on high-temperature and storage stability of modified asphalt was investigated. Meanwhile the effect of additives such as TOR and PPA on the above mentioned performance was further studied. The results show that, when mixing amount of crumb rubber is in the range of 15%~20% of asphalt quality, swelling time is 2~3 h, shear time is 1.5 h, shear temperature is 186~189℃and shear rate is 7 000~8 000 r/min, high-temperature performance and storage stability of the modified asphalt can be obviously improved. The additives can ameliorate high-temperature performance and storage stability of the modified asphalt in different degrees, and the different production regions of asphalt have a decisive impact on its performance.%考察了废胶粉掺加量、工艺条件以及基质沥青产地对沥青高温性能和储存稳定性的影响。又进一步研究了添加剂维他连接剂 TOR、多聚磷酸 PPA 对上述性能的影响。结果表明,胶粉掺加量为沥青质量的15%~20%,溶胀时间2~3 h,剪切时间1.5 h,剪切温度186~189℃,剪切速率7000~8000 r/min可显著提高胶粉改性沥青的高温性能和储存稳定性。添加剂可不同程度改善胶粉改性沥青的高温性能和储存稳定性,且基质沥青产地对胶粉改性沥青性能有决定性的影响。
