丘德尔区块聚合物驱适应性室内实验研究

         

摘要

针对丘德尔区块矿化度高、油藏温度低的具体情况,本文对聚合物进行相关参数的评价之后,初选出了3种聚合物,对其进行适应性研究。通过研究几种聚合物溶液的黏温关系曲线以及黏浓关系曲线认为,聚合物凝胶溶液在聚合物溶液浓度为3000 mg/L时,就可以满足该区块理论要求的黏度。并结合聚合物溶液在高矿化度条件下发生降解的实际情况,在聚合物溶液中按聚铬比30∶1加入质量分数为2.6%的乙酸铬,并加入一定质量分数的缓凝剂。通过测定体系的稳定性,认为:聚铬比30∶1的凝胶溶液满足油藏实际条件。并通过室内物理模拟实验,确定了凝胶溶液注入段塞尺寸大小为0.4 PV,之后优选出了最适合该区块的聚合物及其注入方式。%In view of the actual conditions of childers reservoir with low temperature, high salinity , this text select three kinds of polymer by evaluating the related parameters of polymer which is resistant to high salinity to discuss the performance and adaptability.From the polymer viscosity-concentration relationship and viscosity-temperature relationship, it can be concluded that when the concentration of the HDSJ is 3 000 mg/L, it can meet the requirements of the theory of reservoir viscosity values. In view of the problems of polymer degradation at high salinity, those experiences join the mass fraction of chromium acetate 2.6% with retarder, to cross-linking in a single polymer solution based on 30:1 polymer chromium rate. By testing the stability of cross-linking system, we can conclude that HDSJ gel solution with polymer chromium ratio 30:1 can meet the reservoir conditions.
