基于负压波和音波的成品油管道泄漏定位综合分析

         

摘要

油气输送管道关乎国家能源安全,近年来随着石油工业的发展,敷设管线大幅增多。由于腐蚀和人为破坏等问题,管道泄漏事故时有发生,不仅对环境污染严重,而且也威胁沿线群众的生命财产安全。基于负压波、音波、质量或体积等单因素的管道泄漏监测系统在国内得到了广泛应用,但是影响管道泄漏监测系统有效性的因素有很多,这时候用单因素进行管道泄漏定位会出现较大的偏差。本文提出的基于负压波和音波的成品油管道泄漏综合定位方法,可以有效地降低有害因素对监测系统的影响,对管道泄漏点进行准确的定位,为管道运行和维护人员提供科学依据。%Oil and gas pipelines are important to national energy security. In recent years, with the development of petroleum industry, more and more pipelines have appeared. Due to erosion and man-made destruction, pipeline leakage accidents occur from time to time, which not only can cause serious environmental pollution, but also can threaten people's life and property safety. The monitoring system based on pipeline single factor of negative pressure wave, sound wave, mass or volume has been widely applied in the domestic leakage monitoring, but there are many factors affecting pipeline leakage monitoring system, then pipeline leak location based on a single factor will have a large deviation. In this paper, an oil pipeline Leakage locating monitor method based on pressure wave and sonic was put forward, it can effectively reduce the harmful influence on the monitoring system, pipeline leakage point can be located accurately, which will provide a scientific basis for pipeline operation and maintenance personnel.
