FC-40高中油型加氢裂化催化剂的研制及工业应用

         

摘要

To meet the increasing demand of middle distillates in domestic market, FRIPP has developed a new generation of FC-40 hydrocracking catalyst with high middle distillates selectivity. In FC-40 catalyst, HSSY zeolite modified through composite technology is used as the main cracking component, nanometer amorphous silica-alumina is applied as the auxiliary cracking component, W and Ni are adopted as the hydrogenation active component, and the optimizing manufacturing method is used to realize the matching of cracking active site and hydrogenation active site, all of which has improved the catalytic performances, such as reaction activity, selectivity and quality of products etc. The evaluation test results show that the catalyst FC-40 has higher reaction activity and middle distillates selectivity compared with the reference catalyst, as well as good temperature sensitivity and wide feedstock adaptability. FC-40 catalyst was successfully commercialized in 1.2 Mt/a hydrocracking unit of H refinery in 2008.%  应对国内市场对清洁中间馏分油需求的不断增长,FRIPP 开发了新一代多产优质中间馏分油的FC-40高中油型加氢裂化催化剂。该催化剂采用复合技术改性的HSSY分子筛作为催化剂的主要裂解组分,纳米级无定形硅铝为辅助裂化组分,金属W-Ni组合为加氢活性组分,通过制备方法上的优化,使得酸性裂化组分与金属加氢组分能很好的匹配,提高了催化剂的活性、中油选择性和产品质量。工艺研究结果表明,FC-40加氢裂化催化剂的活性和中间馏分油选择性均优于同类参比催化剂,同时具有很好的温度敏感性和原料油适应性。2008年,FC-40催化剂在H炼厂120万t/a加氢裂化装置上进行了成功的工业应用,取得了良好的应用效果。
