以硝酸钡和自制的二氧化钛悬浮液为原料,采用非均相共沉淀法合成了BaTi2O5前驱体粉体,然后将前躯体在一定温度下煅烧得到BaTi2O5无铅压电陶瓷粉体。对产物进行IR,XRD和SEM分析。结果表明:前躯体在1100 oC下煅烧1 h可得到单一晶相的BaTi2O5粉体,SEM图片显示BaTi2O5粉体叠加生长,有明显的团聚。%BaTi2O5 precursors were first prepared from TiO2 and Ba(NO3)2 by the heterogeneous precipitation method. Then, BaTi2O5 lead-free piezoelectric ceramic powders were obtained by calcining the precursors at different temperatures. The obtained products were characterized by IR, XRD and SEM. The results show that single phase BaTi2O5 powders can be obtained at 1 100 oC for 1h;the BaTi2O5 particles grow superposedly and show aggregated morphology.
