无固相暂堵调剖技术研究与试验

         

摘要

Due to the influence of high porosity and permeability, high oil viscosity, well spacing and other factors, in the steam stimulation process of heavy oil reservoir, especially the high cyclic steam stimulation wells, the channels have formed, steam channeling is serious. The existing organic particulate temporary plugging and profile control technology has certain limitation, such as small effect radius, poor temperature resistance. So a kind of solid free temporary plugging and profile control technology has been developed, the technology has large plugging radius and good temperature resistance,it can meet the demand of temporary plugging in steam stimulation period.%  由于受高孔高渗、原油粘度高、井网井距等因素的影响,稠油油藏吞吐开发过程中,特别是高轮次吞吐井因井间形成通道,汽窜干扰现象严重,现有的有机颗粒暂堵调剖工艺作用半径小,凝胶类堵剂耐温性能差,为此,研制了一种无固相的暂堵调剖技术,其封堵半径大,耐温性好,满足油井注蒸汽时暂堵高渗井带的需求。
