石油馏分色谱模拟蒸馏与恩氏蒸馏的馏程关联模型应用

         

摘要

The correlation of simulated distillation by gas chromatography and Engler distillation of petroleum fractions was proposed by analyzing and comparing with Riazi-Daubert method, Daubert method and ASTM method. The average error between the calculated value of chromatography method and atmospheric distillation was used as a model correction parameter of the original model, and the new model was successfully established and applied to straight-run gasoline and kerosene. The results show that, the mean absolute error of predicted output is 2℃ in scope based on the new correction model, and the maximum error also can meet reproducibility of atmospheric distillation test. The simulated distillation by gas chromatography can replace Engler distillation test to determine the boiling point range of petroleum fractions.%  比较了 Riazi-Daubert、Daubert 和 ASTM 三种色谱模拟蒸馏与恩氏蒸馏的馏程数据关联模型。将原始模型与实验测试值的误差作为模型校正参数,建立新的校正模型。在常减压装置的直馏汽油和煤油的恩氏蒸馏馏程测试验证实验中发现,校正模型预测结果的误差在2℃范围之内,最大误差也在恩氏蒸馏测试规定的再现性要求范围之内。色谱模拟蒸馏是一种可以取代恩氏蒸馏的馏程测定方法。
