将三种合成产物分别用于轻质碳酸钙的表面改性.研究了改性后轻质碳酸钙的饱和吸水率、吸油量、粘度等性能.结果表明:此类表面活性剂改性的碳酸钙表面性能显著优于其他常用表面活性剂改性的碳酸钙.用相对于碳酸钙质量分数1％的HDP-2Na改性的碳酸钙与未改性碳酸钙相比,其室温下的饱和吸水率由1.14％降低到0.61％,吸油量由68 mL/100g降到18 mL/100 g,粘度由790 mPa·s降低到240 mPa·s,效果明显优于其他表面改性剂,是一种具有良好应用前景的碳酸钙表面改性剂.%Surface of calcium carbonate was modified with three kinds of Gemini phosphates.Properties of modified calcium carbonate were also studied ,such as viscosity in DOP,oil absorbility and water absorbility.The result shows that compared with other common calcium carbonate modifiers,the Gemini surfactants have many advantages.After calcium carbonate is modified by l%(wt) HDP-2Na,the water absorbility decreases from 1.14% down to 0.61%,oil absorbility decreases from 68 mL/100 g to 18 mL/100 g,viscosity decreases from 790 mPa·s to 240 mPa·s.The Gemini surfactants are superior to other modifiers in modifying calcium carbonate and have wide application prospects.
