In recent years, production capacity of most chemical products in China rapidly increases, production capacity of main chlor-alkali chemical products has grown world first, products supply has become into "structural shortage" and high-end varieties shortages from "whole shortage" , lower product differentiation degree becomes outstanding problems. And Combination of petroleum chemical industry and chlor-alkali chemical industry is still development direction, along with development of large scale and intensivism, concentration will be improved. Through relying on petrochemical cluster in the coastal areas, most enterprises will face transformation and upgrade. In this paper, sustainable development projects in removal and reconstruct of chlor-alkali chemical enterprises were studied by referring output and consumption of domestic main chlor-alkali chemical products.%近年来,我国多数化工产品产能快速增加,氯碱化工中主要产品产量已跃居世界第一,产品供应已由“整体数量短缺”转变为“结构性短缺”,高端品种短缺,产品差异化程度较低成为突出问题.与石油化工结合仍是行业的发展方向,随着规模化集约化发展,集中度将提高,依托沿海沿江石油化工集群,企业将面临转化和升级.参考国内主要氯碱化工产品的产量和消费量,对氯碱化工企业在搬迁改造中可发展的项目进行研究.
