Promotion and application of five-principle ideas, techniques and methods can be an effective way to achieve the above goal. In this paper, the five-principle's developing progress, idea, prerequisite, necessity, implement and attentions were discussed, and some suggestions and ideas were put forward, in order to provide helpful reference to engineering enterprises and expect peer companies to implement five-principle in their business and then continue to build high quality project and provide first class service for their clients.
