During the development of edible fungi industry, manpower shortage is getting worse. In order to recognize the present situation of manpower shortage and give some constructive suggestions for the problems, the paper discusses reasons for manpower shortage of edible fungi planters by empirical research in Huangsongdian town. In the paper, there are also some countermeasures for the manpower shortage problems, and new impetus for sustainable development of edible fungi industry.%随着食用茵产业发展，食用茵栽培户在食用茵栽培过程中劳动力短缺的问题日益凸显。为了加深对目前食用茵栽培户劳动力短缺问题的认识并为今后解决劳动力短缺问题提供参考，本研究在对黄松甸镇一农村社区进行实证研究的基础上，重点分析了导致食用茵栽培户劳动力短缺的原因，并对解决劳动力短缺问题提出了具体的对策和措施，为实现食用茵产业的可持续发展寻求新的途径。
