本文利用2000--2009年吉林省肉牛产业相关数据，结合吉林省肉牛产业发展的实际情况，构建了一个包括3个准则层，12个指标层的指标体系，运用SPSS16．0软件，对其进行主成分分析以确定权重，最后利用分析结果对吉林省肉牛产业循环经济发展水平进行评价。%This paper establishes an index system including 3 criterion layers and 12 index layers with the related data of beef cattle industry from 2000 to 2009 combined with the practical situation in Jilin province, and analyzes it with principal component analysis by SPSS16.0 software, then evaluates the recycling economy development level of beef cattle industry with the analysis result.
