The liberalism view on education is the extension of the liberalism in the field of Education .It has not only implemented the essential spirit of liberalism , but also widely absorbed the new achievement of the development of the human science and the humanities thought , so it formed ow n distinctive concept of education in the fields of the relationship betw een students and teachers , goals and method of education , curriculum and so on . To some extent , the liberalism view on education made great theoretical achievements , and promoted the historic progress of education theory and the great development of the education practice . However , the liberalism view on education also has some shortcomings , such as poor operability , too ideal , universalism orientation and so on . The Chinese modern education had been impacted by the liberalism view on education since it appeared .
