Objective To explore the atomization inhalation treatment the curative effect of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with respiratory failure.Methods 72 cases of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with respiratory failure were randomly divided into experimental group and control group (n=36), two groups of patients after the treatment of respiratory frequency, daily chest swelling, bosom frowsty, cough phlegm times were analyzed.Results The experimental group in the improvement of sputum, chest swelling and chest are better than that in control group, the difference had statistical signiifcance (χ2=4.181,P=0.041).Conclusion Aerosol inhalation treatment can improve the patient's quality of life, delay the development of the disease, control the outbreak of the disease, the clinical treatment for COPD combination of respiratory failure have important clinical value, worthy of clinical promotion.%目的：探讨雾化吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病伴呼吸衰竭的疗效。方法选取72例慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭的患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,各36例，对治疗后2组患者的呼吸频率、每天胸部肿胀感、胸闷感、咳痰次数进行分析。结果实验组在改善咳痰、胸部肿胀感和胸闷感方面优于对照组（P＜0.05）；实验组总有效率94.44%，对照组77.78%，差异有统计意义（χ2=4.181，P=0.041）。结论雾化吸入治疗能够改善患者的生存质量，延缓病情的发展，控制病情的发作，这在临床对于治疗COPD合并呼吸衰竭有重要的临床应用价值，值得临床推广。
