Objective Analysis of stability of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases,COPD) patients with resting the consumption of energy and nutrition index.Methods Select our hospital 100 cases of COPD patients as COPD group, select the same health physical examination of 100 cases as control group,two groups of resting energy expenditure, body mass index, serum protein condition check, compare two groups of clinical situations.Results Resting energy expenditure COPD group/BSA, resting energy expenditure/BSA of expected value is higher than the control group, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05). COPD group of body mass index (bmi), albumin is lower than the control group, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05). COPD group total protein compared with control group, there was no statistically signiifcant difference.Conclusion Stability of COPD patients with malnutrition risk, the targeted prevention measures should be implemented.%目的：分析稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病（chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases，COPD）患者静息能量的消耗及营养指标。方法选取COPD患者作为COPD组，选取同期100例健康体检者作为对照组，2组分别对静息能量消耗、体重指数、血清蛋白情况进行检查，比较2组临床情况。结果 COPD组静息能量消耗/BSA、静息能量消耗/BSA占预计值高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。COPD组体重指数、白蛋白低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。COPD组总蛋白与对照组比较，差异无统计学意义。结论稳定期COPD患者有出现营养不良的风险，应实施有针对性的预防措施。
