目的：探讨疏血通注射液联合脑络舒通汤治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法选取急性脑梗死患者95例，随机分为研究组（n=48）和对照组（n=47）。对照组予以疏血通注射液治疗，研究组予以疏血通注射液联合脑络舒通汤治疗，分析2组治疗效果。结果治疗后研究组各症状症候积分和全血粘度(4.02±0.15)、血浆粘度(1.46±0.14)、红细胞聚集指数水平(2.36±0.47)均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论疏血通注射液联合脑络舒通汤治疗可显著缓解急性脑梗死的临床症状，优化患者血循环，值得临床推广应用。%Objective To explore Shuxuetong injection combined with spironolactone soup Naoluo treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods Data were randomly selected 95 cases of acute cerebral infarction, were randomly divided into study group of 48 patients in the control group of 47 cases.
