Objective To analysis of ovarian vein embolism is applied to the treatment effect of pelvic venous congestion syndrome.Methods Select 82 cases of pelvic venous congestion syndrome patients, adopt ovarian vein embolization for treatment.Results 82 cases of patients, the basic cure 40 cases, 35 cases effective, invalid in 5 cases, recurrence in 2 cases, the total effective rate was 85.37%. And effective in patients with ovarian vein diameter after treatment, the scope of pelvic venous plexus was signifi cantly reduced, and the differencesP<0.05, with statistical signifi cance. Conclusion Ovary vein embolization for the treatment of pelvic venous congestion syndrome effect is satisfi ed, the recurrence rate is low, suitable for clinical treatment, promotion.%目的 研究分析卵巢静脉栓塞应用于盆腔静脉淤血综合征的治疗效果.方法 择取82例盆腔静脉淤血综合征患者,均采用卵巢静脉栓塞术进行治疗.结果 本组82例患者中,基本治愈者40例,有效者35例,无效者5例,复发者2例,总有效率为91.46%,并且治疗后有效患者的卵巢静脉内径(0.38±0.22)cm、盆腔静脉丛范围(3.1×3.0)cm2均较治疗前显著缩小,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 卵巢静脉栓塞用于盆腔静脉淤血综合征的治疗效果比较满意,复发率较低,适用于临床治疗、推广.
