Objective To analyze of the current community emergency medical causes and characteristics of emergency rescue, discuss medical emergency rescue strategy, and early warning for the health emergency events, contingency plans, and to provide emergency disposal of the data. Method Statistics of this 2009-2012 emergency center number more than 3 people group health emergencies and causes. Results In all groups emergency emergency, according to the quantity of causes and injury patients Numbers are arranged from high to low arrangement are:trafifc accident, poisoning, food poisoning, the security event, natural disaster, electrically damaging. Conclusion Trafifc accident is the main task of the community emergency medical emergency rescue. Analysis of the nature and characteristics of sudden mass incidents and its law of development, to explore medical emergency rescue strategy, sum up the experiences of emergency disposal. According to the characteristics of the sudden mass incidents formulate corresponding health contingency plans and early warning mechanism, improve the ability of emergency disposal and for public health emergency event early warning and contingency disposal has very important signiifcance.%目的：通过分析当前突发群体事件医疗应急救援的成因和特点，探讨医疗应急救援的策略，为卫生应急事件提前预警，制定应急预案，为应急处置提供数据。方法统计眉县急救中心2009～2012年度3人以上突发群体卫生事件88起，伤亡530人的原因。结果在所有突发群体应急事件中，按发生原因件数和伤害患者人数排列从高到低的排列均为：交通事故72起383人；食物中毒7起106人；群殴事件4起18人；一氧化碳中毒2起6人；亚硝酸盐中毒1起8人；自然灾害1起6人；电击伤1起3人。结论交通事故是目前突发群体事件医疗应急救援的主要任务。分析突发群体事件的性质和特点及其发生发展规律，探讨医疗应急救援的策略，总结应急处置经验。根据突发群体事件的特点制定相应的医疗应急预案和预警机制，提高应急处置能力，为突发公共卫生应急事件预警和应急处置具有非常重要的意义。
