Objective This summarizes the rehabilitation nursing of 108 patients after total hip replacement for the application and nursing plan. Methods The key nursing of were evaluated cardio-pulmonary function,and measurement the strength of the abductor muscles,strength training of the quadriceps and mental training;psychological education,stretch training of the involved limbs and range of motion of the joint and balance training and gait correction at later stage after operation. were trained postoperation . Results After rehabilitation nursing,the patients .Harris score increased from 35-41 to 87-92. Conclusion The important reasons responsible for older patients after total hip replacement by systematized、personalized rehabilitation nursing plan.%目的总结108例老年类风湿关节炎患者行全髋关节置换术后康复护理措施的制定和应用效果。方法术前系统性评估患者的心肺功能，并进行股四头肌、髋关节的外展肌强度以及心理训练；术后进行心理宣教辅导，并逐渐进行患肢肌肉力量、关节活动度训练以及平衡适应及步态矫训练。结果患者术前Harris评分35～41分，术后6个月Harris评分为87～92分。结论经过系统化、个体化的康复护理训练后，老年类风湿关节炎患者行全髋关节置换术后髋关节功能能够得到较好的恢复。
