目的了解精神分裂症患者治疗使用盐酸苯海索(苯海索)的情况，以寻求合理用药的方法.方法对住院的精神分裂症患者的医嘱进行调查，并询问医生为何联用苯海索，采用分层一日法用自编的调查表填写治疗情况，对调查资料进行统计分析.结果典型抗精神病药物联用苯海索比例较高，如氟哌啶醇占100%，奋乃静占89.4%，氯丙嗪占85.29%.使用原因依次为处理锥体外系不良反应占54.41%，担心出现药物不良反应预防性用药占16.91%，治疗氯氮平的流涎占14.71%，不明原因的占6.61%.使用非典型抗精神病药物，第一位氯氮平占34.95%，第二位利培酮占16.18%.结论精神科临床治疗中苯海索使用有不合理的现象，建议合理用药.% Objective To investigate the usage of Trihexyphenidyl in schizophrenia, in order to seek the rational drug use methods. Methods We investigated the inpatients with schizophrenia by doctor's advices and asked the doctor why used Trihexyphenidyl. The study used hierarchical one day method. A self-made questionnaire was used to fill the situation of treatment in inpatients with schizophrenia then analyzed the research data. Results Typical antipsychotics combined with Trihexyphenidyl higher proportion. Haloperidol accounted for 100%, Perphenazine accounted for 89.4%and Chlorpromazine accounted for 85.29%. The uses of reasons in treatment of extrapyramidal side reactions accounted for 54.41%. Fear of adverse drug reaction preventive medication for 16.91%. Treatment of clozapine-induced salivation accounted for 14.71%and unexplained accounted for 6.61%. In usage of atypical antipsychotics, the first was clozapine which accounted for 34.95%, the second was Risperidone which accounted for 16.18%. Conclusion There is irrational phenomenon in Trihexyphenidyl usage in the psychiatric clinical treatments. So it was recommended that the rational use of drugs.
