基于匹配理论模型的农村教师专业发展分析

         

摘要

Teachers’ professional development is a coupling system of the inside and outside as well as an interaction of the subject and object. Based on the individual-organization-environment matching mode,teachers’ professional development is the integration of the similarity and complement of various factors and optimizes the general effect of teachers ’ professional development in terms of individual, organization and environment. Beginning with the characteristics and problems of teachers’professional development in rural areas,the paper constructs“the individual-organization-environment matching mode”for teachers ’ professional development in rural areas from the aspects of professional requirements,school realities,folk culture so as to explore the way of teachers’professional development in rural areas.%教师的专业发展既是一个主体与客体的互动过程、也是一个内部与外部的耦合系统,基于个体—组织—环境匹配模型的教师专业发展,是指整合教师专业发展的各个要素的相似度和互补性,最大限度地形成促进专业教师发展的个体、组织和环境的整体效能。论文以农村教师专业发展的特点与困境为基点,从专业要求、学校条件、民俗文化等多维视角,构建农村教师发展的“个体—组织—环境匹配模型”,探究促进农村教师专业发展的实践路径。
