针对聚合物水溶液的粘度测量问题,提出了一种基于电磁感应的聚合物水溶液粘度测量方法.使电磁驱动柱状永磁铁在套筒中往复运动,通过信号采集电路和数据处理,获取相应的运动时间差,从而推算出聚合物水溶液的粘度.通过实验研究,实现了对聚合物水溶液粘度的实时测量,验证了该方法的可行性.%In view of the measurement of polymer solution viscosity, a polymer solution viscosity measurementmethod based on electromagnetic induction was proposed.Through the reciprocating motion of the electromagneticdrive columnar permanent magnet in the sleeve, both the signal acquisition circuit and data processingwas used to obtain the corresponding movement time and determine the viscosity of polymer solution.The experimentalresearch can realize the real-time measurement of the viscosity of polymer solution and verify thefeasibility of this measuring method.
