Both rotating and non-rotating compensation methods for the cross-axis error of three-axis anisotrop-ic magnetoresistance (AMR)magnetic sensor were compared to show that the rotating compensation method’s deviation only stays at 0.002 along with 0.004 for the non-rotating compensation method,and this indicates that the former’s accuracy is nearly double that of the latter.%对三轴各向异性磁电阻(AMR)磁传感器横轴误差的旋转补偿法和非旋转补偿法进行对比分析,结果表明:旋转补偿法的偏差为0.002,非旋转补偿法的偏差为0.004;旋转补偿法的精度比非旋转补偿法的精度提高了将近一倍。
