针对连杆超声波清洗液位需求的特点,采用基于模糊算法的控制器对水箱液位进行控制,给出了控制规则和控制查询表的设计方法。利用 Matlab 工具对控制系统进行模拟,从模拟数据中看出:该控制系统反应准确、快速,能达到工业要求。%Considering the level control in connecting-rod ultrasonic cleaning,the fuzzy algorithm-based con-troller was employed and the control system’s control rules and polling list were presented.Simulation with Matlab shows that this control system can meet the industrial demands.
