核电站蒸汽发生器水位模糊控制系统的设计与仿真

         

摘要

针对蒸汽发生器水位控制系统存在的非线性及时变特性等问题,提出了一种前馈-串级模糊控制策略. 主调节器为模糊控制器,实现对水位的准确、快速控制;副调节器为比例控制器,实现对给水流量扰动的快速响应;同时引入前馈环节,实现对蒸汽流量扰动的前馈补偿控制. 对前馈-串级模糊控制系统进行了水位阶跃输入、给水扰动输入和负荷扰动输入下的仿真实验,与传统前馈-串级PID控制相比,该方法可更有效地控制蒸汽发生器的水位,其鲁棒性强、超调量小、无静态偏差.%Considering the nonlinearity and time variation of steam generator' s level control system, a feed forward-cascade fuzzy control strategy was proposed, in which, the main controller as a fuzzy controller can control water level accurately and rapidly;and the secondary controller as a proportional controller can respond quickly to the feedwater disturbance;the feed forward item introduced can compensate the impact of steam flow disturbance on the system output.Simulating the feed forward-cascade fuzzy control system to the water level step input, feedwater disturbance input and the load disturbance input separately shows that compared to the traditional feedforward-cascade PID control, this control system proposed is more effective in controlling the team generator level along with strong robustness and small overshoot and without static deviation.
