Based on the colorimetry theory and the principle of color measurement,the color detection system which boasting of simple hardware structure and strong anti-interference ability for petroleum products was designed,in which,the detection system takes TCS230 RGB color sensor as the color collection unit and the enhanced STC12CSA60S2 MCU as the control unit.The software processing method of white balance adjustment and zero calibration of instrument used can increase both measurement accuracy and reliability.%基于色度学相关理论和颜色测量原理,设计了一种硬件结构简单、抗干扰能力强的石油产品颜色识别系统.颜色采集单元选用RGB颜色传感器TCS230,控制单元选用了增强型51系列单片机STC12C5A60S2.采用了白平衡调整和仪器零点标定的软件处理方法,增加了测量结果的准确性和可靠性.
