喷丸对800合金腐蚀性能的影响

         

摘要

The uniform corrosion performance of alloy 800 tube with and without surface shot peening was investigated by static autoclave device with 1 200 mg · L-1 boron and 2 mg · L-1 lithium at 315 ℃ in simulated pressured water reactor (PWR) primary water enrironments.The results showed that after 3 000 h,part of the specimen surface oxide was dissolved in the water,the remaining portion attached to the surface of the substrate forming oxide film.After shot peening,the uniform corrosion weight loss rate of alloy 800 tube increased,and the possibility of pitting corrosion and intergranular corrosion also increased.%采用静态高压釜设备,研究了经表面喷丸和未喷丸处理的800合金管,在含1 200 mg·L-1硼和2 mg·L-1锂的低溶解氧模拟压水堆(PWR)—回路高温水溶液中的均匀腐蚀行为.结果表明,在3 000 h腐蚀试验后,试样表面金属氧化物部分溶解于水中,剩余部分附着在基体表面形成氧化膜.经过喷丸处理后,800合金管的均匀腐蚀减重速率增加;点腐蚀发生的可能性增大;晶间腐蚀敏感性增强.
