高强度耐候H型钢和普通C-Mn低合金H型钢耐大气腐蚀性能比较

         

摘要

通过周浸加速腐蚀试验,对比了高强度耐候H型钢与普通C-Mn低合金H型钢的耐蚀性能,采用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)及电化学阻抗谱(EIS)等方法研究了两种钢腐蚀产物的形貌、组成以及电化学性质的差异.结果表明,在模拟工业大气环境下,高强耐候H型钢的耐蚀性显著优于普通C-Mn钢,腐蚀产物性质的差别是导致两种钢腐蚀率差异的主要原因.普通C-Mn钢腐蚀后表面粗糙,锈层疏松且存在大量贯穿性裂纹;耐候H型钢锈层连续致密,且腐蚀产物主要由保护性较好的α-FeOOH和非晶态锈组成,能有效减缓电化学腐蚀反应的进行.%The differences of corrosion resistance between high strength weathering H section steel (HSWS-H) and common C-Mn steel (CMS) were investigated by cyclic immersion corrosion test, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (ELS). The results showed that HSWS-H exhibited much higher corrosion resistance than CMS in the simulated industrial atmospheric environment.The difference between two corrosion products of the experimental steels was the main cause of the corrosion rate difference. The corrosion surface of CMS was rough, the rust layer was loose and had lots of perfoliate crack The rust layer of HSWS-H was continuous, dense and mainly consisted of α-FeOOH and amorphous phase, which can inhibit the electrochemical corrosion reaction effectively.
