转Bt基因棉中棉所3O不同开花期棉铃发育及产量构成因素的研究

转Bt基因棉中棉所30第Ⅰ期(1998年7月25~26日开花)棉铃花后10d的体积和单铃重分别较轮回亲本中棉所16增加8.57%和11.88%,表明其库强度较高;而第Ⅱ期(8月3~5日开花)和第Ⅲ期(8月12~14日开花)棉铃的早期(铃龄10d前)及各期棉铃的中后期(铃龄10d后)体积和单铃重均低于中棉所16,并且其瘪子数随开花期推延快速增加,反映了该品种源器官供应能力的不足。中棉所30棉铃纤维对同化产物的竞争力较强,每饱子纤维数、每饱子皮棉重、每铃皮棉重和衣分基本上极显著或显著高于中棉所16,而铃壳和种子的物质积累减少,铃壳比例、饱子数、饱子重和子指降低,瘪子数上升。%This experiment was undertaken tostudy the effect of flowering date on the boll de-velopment and yield components of Bt cottonCCRI30 and to reveal the source-sink relationand dry matter partioning among capsule, seedand lint. The volume and dry weight (includingcapsule) of CCRI30 boll, flowering at 25 July,1998 increased 8. 57% and 11.88% than that ofCCRI16 at 10 DAF (days after flowering),re-rnspectively, indicated the sink activity of CCRI30was high. However, the situation was oppositeafter 10 DAF. In addition, the bolls floweringfrom August 3 to 14 of CCRI30 accumulated lessdry matter over whole development stage, whencompared with CCRI16. More-over, the numberof shrieked seed of CCRI30 raised very quicklywith the postpone of flowering in comparisonwith CCRI16. These facts suggested that thesupply of assimilate of CCRI30 were lack. Theallocation pattern of dry matter within CCRI30boll was also varied greatly. CCRI30 had morelint number/boll, much lint weight/seed, lintweight/ boll and lint percentage significantly,but had fewer seeds/boll, less capsule ratio andseed weight.
