磷系改性阻燃粘胶纤维赛络纱的生产

         

摘要

The spinning key points of Phosphorus-modified Flame retardant viscose 14. 6 tex siro yarn were discussed. The relative humidity of picking process was focused and well controlled in order to reduce the generation of static electricity. In carding process, the coordination and management of each part such as licker-in, cylinder, flat and doff were strengthened to improve the fiber carding and reduce the fiber injury. In drawing process, the silver output speed was decreased and the cleaning work for the channel was well done. In roving process, the differences of roving elongation were well controlled. Siro spinning was adopted. The parameters of electrical cleaning were optimized. By taking a serial of processing optimization measures, the problems of Phosphorus-modified Flame retardant viscose fiber as easier generation of static electricity, lower strength, properties of loose and easily blocking up, easier generation of hairiness and so on were overcome. The Phosphorus-modified Flame retardant viscose 14. 6 tex siro yarn produced has excellent quality indexes. It can meet the weaving requirement of following process.%探讨磷系改性阻燃粘胶纤维14.6tex赛络纱的纺纱工艺要点.清棉工序重点控制好相对湿度, 以减少静电的产生;梳棉工序加强刺辊、锡林、盖板、道夫各部件的配合和管理, 提高纤维分梳, 减小纤维损伤, 并条工序降低出条速度, 做好通道清洁工作;粗纱工序控制好粗纱伸长率的差异;采用赛络纺纺纱方式, 优化电清参数, 通过一系列的工艺优化措施, 克服了磷系改性阻燃粘胶纤维易产生静电、强力低、蓬松易堵、易产生毛羽等问题.生产出的磷系改性阻燃粘胶纤维14.6tex赛络纱质量指标优良, 能满足后道工序织造要求.
