探讨纺织空调自动控制系统的工作原理及应用。分析了纺织厂空调自动控制的意义，空调综合控制系统的研发背景。重点介绍了纺织厂空调自动控制系统的工作原理，以应用实例为依据，用24 h温湿度运行曲线图说明了该空调自动控制系统的应用效果。实践证明，采用该空调自动控制系统后，能够达到相对湿度控制标准±3%，温度控制标准±1℃。认为：该系统运行效果较好，节约能耗，完全能够满足纺织空调工程要求。%The working principle and application of textile air-condition automatic control system were dis-cussed.The significance of automatic control system for air-condition in textile mill and the development back-ground of integrated control system for air-condition were analyzed.The working principle of automatic control system for air-condition in textile mill was focused.According to application examples,the application effect of the automatic control system for air-condition was explained with temperature & humidity running curve.It was proved that it can meet the control requirement of ±3% for relative humidity and ±1℃ for temperature by adop-ting the automatic control system for air-condition.It is considered that the system has better running effect,ener-gy can be saved and the engineering requirement for textile air-condition can be completely satisfied.
