探讨了抑菌除臭麻浆纤维混纺纱线的研发过程.对除臭麻浆纤维进行了性能研究,介绍了棉/除臭麻浆纤维50/50 14.8 tex混纺纱生产的工艺关键技术.优选梳棉针布组合,采用条混工艺确保混和均匀,粗纱定量、定长偏小掌握,最终顺利纺制出符合质量要求的棉/除臭麻浆纤维50/50 14.8 tex赛络混纺纱.认为:除臭麻浆纤维是一款高科技功能环保型纤维,可用于开发抗菌、防臭类功能性面料.%Development process of antibacterial & deodorized hemp pulp fiber blended yarn was discussed.The properties of deodorized hemp pulp fiber were studied.The key processing technology of cotton/deodorized hemp pulp fiber 50/50 14.8 tex blended yarn was introduced.The combination of card clothing was optimized.Sliver blending technology was adopted to ensure uniform mixing.The weight and length of roving were smaller controlled.Finally,cotton/deodorized hemp pulp fiber 50/50 14.8 tex siro blended yarn that meet the quality requirement was successfully spun.It is considered that deodorized hemp pulp fiber is one kind of high-tech functional &environment friendly fiber.It can be used for the development of antibacterial & deodorized functional fabric.
