不锈钢长丝排列对复合板材电磁屏蔽效能影响

         

摘要

Effect of stainless steel filament arrangement on the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of composite board was discussed.The interval woven fabric made with polyester filament and stainless steel filament was used as reinforcement.Sandwich functional composite board was prepared after filled with foam and composited with surface resin.The influences of the arrangement mode and arrangement ratio for stainless steel filament on the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of composite board were tested.The test results show that the shielding effectiveness of board was better when the arrangement ratio of stainless steel filament was larger.The shielding effectiveness of board adding stainless steel filament into the gridding of surface course was obviously higher than the board adding stainless steel filament in a single direction.The shielding effectiveness of board adding stainless steel gridding in double surfaces was much better.It is considered that the composite board has the function of electromagnetic shielding effectiveness after adding stainless steel filament.%探讨不锈钢长丝排列方式和排列比对复合板材电磁屏蔽效能的影响.以涤纶长丝和不锈钢长丝织制的间隔机织物为增强体,经泡沫填充和表面树脂复合后制备了三明治型功能复合板材.测试了不锈钢长丝排列方式和排列比对复合板材电磁屏蔽效能的影响.结果表明:不锈钢长丝排列比越大,板材的屏蔽效能越好;面层中网格添加不锈钢长丝的板材屏蔽效能明显高于单向添加不锈钢长丝的板材;双面添加不锈钢长丝网格的板材屏蔽效能更优.认为:通过添加不锈钢长丝,可使复合板材具有电磁防辐射功能.
