Application of Luwa full-automatic air conditioning system in textile mill was discussed.The system composition of Luwa full-automatic air conditioning system,air conditioning parameter setting,control principle,the layout of air conditioning chamber and washing chamber together with the design situation for the usage of cool source water and backwater were introduced separately.The running effect of Luwa full-automatic air conditioning system in the mill from 2014 to 2016 was summarized and analyzed.The existing problems during running were also pointed out.It is considered that Luwa full-automatic air conditioning system has advantages like better energy saving effect,higher control precision,quicker reaction speed,more stable air distribution,less lab usage,more convenient for operation & maintenance etc.compared with traditional air conditioning system.Automatic and intelligent air conditioning system is the inevitable choice for the transformation and upgrading of air conditioning in textile enterprises.%探讨洛瓦全自动空调系统在纺织厂的应用.分别介绍了洛瓦全自动空调系统的系统组成、空调参数设置、控制原理,空调室和洗涤室的布置,以及系统冷源水和回水使用设计情况.对2014年~2016年该厂使用的洛瓦自动空调系统运行效果进行了总结分析,并指出了运行中存在的问题.认为:与传统空调系统相比,洛瓦自动空调系统具有节能效果好,控制精度高,反应速度快,气流组织稳定,用工少,操作维护保养方便等优势.空调系统自动化和智能化是纺织企业空调改造升级的必然选择.
