Processing adjustment method of using 111 ° cylinder on E62 Comber was discussed. Necessity of adjusting processing was analyzed. Nipper opening amount and detaching roller clockwise timing were tested and optimized. It is considered that in condition of better fiber bundle upwarp,less nipper opening amount should be adopted. At the same time, in condition of no ichthyosis spots, lap joint scale should be changed in direction of -2 scales, late clockwise timing of detaching roller is adopted,noil and production cost can be reduced.%探讨在E62型精梳机上使用111°锡林的工艺调整方法.分析了在E62型精梳机上使用111°锡林时进行相关工艺调整的必要性,对钳板开口量和分离罗拉顺转定时进行了试验和优选.认为:在保证须丛抬头良好的情况下,宜适当偏小掌握钳板开口量；同时在分离棉网未出现“鱼鳞斑”的情况下,应尽可能将搭头刻度向-2方向移动,采用较迟的分离罗拉顺转定时,以达到减少落棉、降低生产成本的目的.
