Application of polypyrrole conductive fabric used on diabetic foot treatment was discussed. Principle of electrical stimulation treatment and development status of conductive fabric were introduced. Features of polypyrrole conductive fabric,research & application status and biocompatibility were introduced as key points. It is considered that conductivity and biological activity of polypyrrole conductive fabric are better, the fabric can be used to electrical stimulation treatment of diabetic foot.%论述聚吡咯导电织物在治疗糖尿病足中的应用情况.介绍了电刺激疗法治疗糖尿病足的原理以及其中所用到的导电织物的研发现状,着重总结了聚吡咯导电织物的特点、研究应用现状和生物相容性.认为,聚吡咯导电织物不仅具有良好的导电性,而且具有良好的生物活性,可用于电刺激疗法治疗糖尿病足.
