为了使针织面料既能达到双色效果,又能提升面料的抗起毛起球性能,在传统的棉纺设备上试制了R 14.8 tex赛络纱×2+A 28.1 tex赛络纱针织用股线.针对腈纶纤维和粘胶纤维的性能特点,优化了各工序主要工艺参数配置,采取了相关的技术改进措施,最终成功制成针织用股线,其成纱质量能满足针织面料的设计要求.%Knitting ply of R 14. 8 tex sirospun yarn×2+A 28. 1 tex sirospun yarn was spun on traditional cotton spinning equipment to reach knitting fabric double color effect and better antipilling property. According to properties of acrylic fiber and viscose fiber,main processing in each process were optimized,related modifying measures were adopted. Finally the knitting ply can be produced successfully, the quality can reach knitting fabric design demands.
