原位聚合法制备苯胺邻苯二胺棉复合导电织物

         

摘要

Preparation processing of aniline o-phenylenediamine cotton composite conductive fabric by in-situ polymerization was researched.Cotton plain fabric with same weft and warp density were selected as basic material.Copolymerization of aniline and o-phenylenediamine was used as conductive component.Aniline o-phenylenediamine cotton composite conductive fabric was made by adopting chemical in-situ polymerization.Effect of some processing conditions on conductive fabric surface resistance was analyzed by single factor analysis method,including concentration of aniline and o-phenylenediamine,concentration of hydrochloric acid,concentration of ammonium persulfate,reaction temperature and ultrasonic power.The better processing can be made through the test,i.e.1 mol/L concentration of aniline and ophenylenediamine,1 mol/L concentration of hydrochloric acid,0.5 mol/L concentration of ammonium persulfate,5℃ reaction temperature,3.5A ultrasonic rated current.It is considered that through optimizing processing parameter,aniline o-phenylenediamine cotton composite conductive fabric with below 100 Ω surface resistance can be made.%研究原位聚合法制备苯胺邻苯二胺棉复合导电织物的制备工艺.以经纬密度相同的棉平纹机织物作为基体材料,苯胺与邻苯二胺共聚为导电成分,采用化学原位聚合法制备苯胺邻苯二胺棉复合导电织物.采用单因素分析法分别研究了苯胺/邻苯二胺浓度、盐酸浓度、过硫酸铵浓度、反应温度、超声波功率对导电织物表面电阻的影响.试验得到的较优工艺为苯胺/邻苯二胺浓度1 mol/L,盐酸浓度1 mol/L,过硫酸铵浓度0.5 mol/L,反应温度5℃,超声波额定电流3.5A.认为通过进一步优化工艺参数,可制得表面电阻值在100 Ω以下的苯胺邻苯二胺棉复合导电织物.
