探讨新型梳棉机梳理技术的发展现状.分析了TC11型、C70型、MK系列梳棉机的技术性能、驼峰形针布和新型梳棉机除尘系统的特点,指出了新型梳棉机梳理技术的发展趋势.认为:新型梳棉机梳理技术发展主要表现在优化喂入机构,采用模块化技术,抬高锡林中心,缩小锡林直径,增加工作机幅和提高锡林速度等,最终使梳棉机的有效梳理面积增加,实现梳棉机的优质高产.%Development status of new carding machine carding technology was discussed.Technology characteristics of TC11 、C70 、MK series carding machine,camel-shaped card clothing and new carding machine dust removal system were analyzed.Development trend of new carding machine carding technology was pointed out.Development of new carding machine carding technology are showed in several aspects,such as optimizing feed device,adopting modular technology,increasing cylinder center,reducing cylinder diameter,increasing working width and cylinder speed.Finally effective carding area of carding machine can be increased,higher quality and larger output of carding machine can be reached.
