纺织设备能耗实时监测及处理系统的研制

         

摘要

Real-time monitoring and processing system of textile equipment energy consumption based on PROFI-BUS bus technology design was researched. To calculate and analyze each equipment data of energy consumption in textile production, RS485 and PROFIBUS bus technology were adopted by the system low layer network to collect the data of energy consumption. The data were calculated and analyzed by the upper layer based on industry ethernet technology and database technology.' Energy consumption data of each equipment can be monitored and dealed in real-time by the system. The data can be checked and analyzed according to multiple combined conditions such as equipment type,process variety and time period. Real-time and accurate energy data information can be provided to textile enterprise, and diagnosed indirectly equipment failures. It is considered that energy consumption and efficiency management level of textile enterprise can be improved by the system, equipment energy consumption can be reduced in certain degree.%研究基于PROFIBUS总线技术设计的设备能耗实时监测及处理系统.为了实现对纺织生产过程中每台设备的能耗数据进行统计与分析,系统底层网络采用RS485和PROFIBUS总线技术完成对能耗数据的采集;上层基于工业以太网技术和数据库技术对能耗数据进行统计与分析.系统实现了对所有生产设备能耗数据的实时在线监测及处理,能按设备类型、工序品种、时间段等多种条件相互结合进行查询分析,为纺织企业提供实时、准确的能耗数据信息,也能间接诊断设备故障.认为:系统的运行提高了纺织企业的能效管理水平,在一定程度上可以降低设备能耗.
