复合土工膜剥离强度的影响因素分析

         

摘要

Influential rules of substrate fabric structure and composite temperature on peeling strength of composite geomembrane were discussed. Five kinds of polyester fabric with different weave structures were selected as substrate fabric material, polyvinyl plastics film was selected as film material, composite geomembrane was made through adopting composite style of substrate-film-substrate. Effect of substrate fabric structure and composite temperature on peeling strength of composite geomembrane was tested. The result shows that the effective composite between film and substrate fabric is related with surface support area of substrate fabric,the trend increases linearly basically linear I. E. The larger support area the stronger peeling strength. Peeling strength of composite geomembrane is increasing as composite temperature increases, while the peeling strength increment is reduced as the temperature is changing above the film melting point.%讨论基布结构和复合温度对复合土工膜剥离强度的影响规律.选用五种组织结构的涤纶织物作为基布材料,选用聚乙烯塑料膜作为膜材,采用基布-膜-基布的复合方式制成了复合土工膜.测试了基布织物组织结构和复合温度对复合土工膜剥离强度的影响.结果表明:膜材与基布间的有效复合与基布的表面支持面积有关,基本呈线性增加趋势,即支持面积越大越能增加剥离强度;随着复合温度的提高,复合土工膜的剥离强度有增加的趋势,但当温度在膜材熔点以上变化时,剥离强度增量减少.
