对用于PU革基布的T/C 65/35 58 tex转杯纺起绒纱的纺纱工艺进行了优选。对捻度、喂入条 定量、纺杯和分梳辊转速、分梳辊针布型号等关键工艺对成纱质量的影响作了大量试验，并 对试验结果进行了理论分析和探讨。优化后的纺纱工艺保证了起绒纱纱疵少，起绒效果好。%The processing on spinning T/C 65/35 58 tex fleece ya rn was optimized in this paper,this yarn was used as PU leather base cloth.A lar ge number tests were made to show the influence of twist,feed quantity,rotor spe ed,combing roller speed,card clothing type of combing roller on yarn quality,the result of these tests was analysed and discussed.The defects of the fleece yarn were decreased and the effect of fleece was ensured by the optimum spinning pro cessing.
